2. Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes data on our behalf and only according to our instructions (data processing agreement, Art. 28 GDPR). The data is stored on servers in the European Union.

3. Visiting this website

When you open this website, the web server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the operating system. We need this data to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period and are not combined with other data.

4. Cookies

This website does not place any cookies for visitors and does not use tracking or advertising tools.

5. Contacting us

If you call us, send an e-mail or a WhatsApp message, we use your details only to answer your question and to plan your appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep these messages only as long as needed for this purpose. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.; its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

6. Online booking

Appointments are booked through the external booking system of APC.club. When you click “Book online” you leave this website. The data you enter there (such as name, phone number, e-mail and the chosen treatment) is processed to manage your appointment and to send you reminders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Fonts, icons and links to other services

All fonts, icons and scripts of this website are loaded from our own web server, so opening the website does not send your data to services such as Google Fonts. Our website links to Instagram, Facebook, Google and Google Maps. These are plain links: no data is sent to these platforms until you click on them. After that, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

8. Treatment information

Information you share with us in the salon about allergies, pregnancy, medication or skin conditions is used only to treat you safely, is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw a consent at any time. Please contact us using the details above. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
