Payments and refunds
Payments for treatments that have been carried out are not refunded.
Not happy with your result? Please contact us within 7 days of your treatment by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. We will look at it together with you and, where needed, correct it free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our treatments are cosmetic treatments, not medical treatments. Results can differ from person to person, depending on your skin, hair, nails and aftercare.
